About Us

This online store is operated by Giulio Miglietta Studio. All of our pieces are handcrafted and chainstitch embroidered in our London studio. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Payments

  • All products are made to order. Payment is taken at checkout to confirm your order.

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped using tracked courier services. Shipping times vary by location.

  • Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom or personalised items — including designs with names, word choices, colour variations, or other bespoke modifications — cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins.

  • Ready-made, non-personalised designs (such as patches and framed pieces without customisation options) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Custom Garments Provided by Customers

For services where you send us your own garment to be embroidered:

  • We return all garments using tracked, insured courier services. Compensation for loss in transit is limited to the level of cover provided by the courier, plus the embroidery service fee you paid to us.

  • To claim full compensation, you may be required to provide proof of purchase for your garment. Without proof, couriers often reimburse only a lower “second-hand” value.

  • We do not accept responsibility for the original retail price, resale value, or sentimental value of garments.

  • Our liability is limited to the embroidery service itself and any reimbursement successfully claimed from the courier.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing faults in garments (including weak seams, wear, colourfastness, or fabric reactions) that may be affected during the embroidery process.

Craft & Variations

Every piece is handmade using traditional chainstitch machines. Slight variations in colour, stitch tension, or texture are natural and should be expected. These are not considered defects but part of the craft.

Intellectual Property & Usage

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Giulio Miglietta Studio.

  • Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, resell, or use our designs for commercial purposes (including campaigns, media, or resale) without written consent.

  • Commercial use requires prior authorisation and may be subject to a licensing agreement.

Liability

  • Our total liability to you for any loss or damage shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, or illness).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
