All of our pieces are made to order in our South East London studio, using either hand-operated chainstitch or computerised embroidery depending on the design.

Because of the time and work involved, custom or personalised items (including pieces featuring names, word choices, custom modifications or bespoke colourways) cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

For ready-made, non-personalised designs (patches, framed pieces without customisation options), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, whether bespoke or ready-made, please get in touch. We'll do our best to find a solution and make it right.
