Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Estimate Manufacturing Times
All of our products are made to order. Processing times depend on the complexity of the piece:

Standard pieces (patches, smaller framed works): usually made within 10 working days from the date of purchase.

Complex or large-scale pieces (multi-element artworks, embroidered garments): made during scheduled production weeks. These are typically produced in the first week of each month, but scheduling may vary.
This classification is listed on each product. If you need a product sooner, please contact us — we’ll do our best to fit it into our diary where possible.
Shipping Services

All orders are shipped with tracked courier services.

For UK orders, we typically use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery Guaranteed.

For international orders, we use insured courier services such as Parcelforce, DPD, UPS, DHL or equivalent.
Insurance & Liability

Shipments are insured to cover loss in transit, in line with the courier’s policy.

Compensation for lost parcels is limited to the level of cover provided by the courier.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays, customs processing times, or charges applied by local authorities.
Customer Responsibility

Please ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied in their country.
Custom Garments Sent to Us
For services where you send us your own garment (e.g., embroidery on your jacket):

We provide you with a pre-paid, tracked, and insured label.

If your garment is lost in transit, compensation is limited to the courier’s insured value plus the embroidery service fee. Proof of purchase may be required to claim full reimbursement.

We cannot be responsible for the garment’s original retail price, resale value, or sentimental value.
