Tiger Jacket - Customisable Patch Set (Limited to 3, UK Only)
This is our first fully customisable chainstitch jacket. We’ve designed a bold back piece featuring our signature tiger design, paired with your choice of name or meaningful word (6–10 letters, one continuous word). The service includes one large back patch with the tiger and text, and a resized smaller tiger embroidered on the front to suit your jacket type. Both sewn onto your own jacket.
For this launch, we’re starting small and only 3 jackets will be available, exclusively for UK customers. This is a trial run to refine the process before opening the service internationally. In future, we’re exploring options for worldwide shipping or a patch set you can apply yourself.

-
Tracked delivery both ways
-
Next-day delivery within the UK
-
Full insurance cover for your garment and our embroidery service
If your jacket is lost in transit:
-
If you provide proof of purchase for your jacket, Royal Mail will cover the full insured amount (your garment + £375 embroidery service). We will process the claim and refund you the combined total once the claim is successful.
-
If you do not have proof of purchase, Royal Mail may only compensate the “second-hand value” of your jacket (not the original retail price). In this case, we can only refund you:
-
The full embroidery service (£375), and
-
Whatever amount Royal Mail issues for your garment as second-hand value (please beware that this might be lower than what one would expect).
-
Please note: if no proof of purchase is provided, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement for your garment in the event of loss.
Cancellations & Returns
-
You can cancel your order before we receive your jacket (we’ll deduct shipping costs from your refund).
-
Once we start work, cancellations or returns are not possible due to the bespoke nature of this product.
In Case of Loss
-
If your jacket is lost in transit, we will claim with Royal Mail for the insured amount.
-
If successful, you’ll be refunded for the embroidery and jacket (proof of value required).
-
Without proof of value, Royal Mail’s standard compensation rates apply.
How we work:
Every piece is designed and entirely handcrafted by Giulio exactly as if it was made in the 1950s or ’60s. To make our products we don’t use any digital processes or modern shortcuts. Instead, we pride ourselves on taking the time and enjoy making the things we love and like to wear.
Production Timeline
Each piece is made to order using vintage chainstitch machines. This particular design is part of our more complex collection and is produced in small batches during set production weeks, typically the first week of each month. If you need it sooner, just let us know in the order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate. More details can be found below in the FAQ section.
FAQ's
Every piece is designed and fully handcrafted by Giulio using the same tools and techniques you’d find in a 1950s or ’60s workshop.
There are no digital processes or modern shortcuts, just time, care, and a deep respect for craft. We make what we love, and only what we’d wear ourselves.
All of our products are made to order. Processing times depend on the complexity of the piece:
- Standard pieces (patches, smaller framed works): usually made within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
- Complex or large-scale pieces (multi-element artworks, embroidered garments): made during scheduled production weeks. These are typically produced in the first week of each month, but scheduling may vary.
This classification is listed on each product. If you need a product sooner, please contact us — we’ll do our best to fit it into our diary where possible.

- Shipments are insured to cover loss in transit, in line with the courier’s policy.
- Compensation for lost parcels is limited to the level of cover provided by the courier.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays, customs processing times, or charges applied by local authorities.
All our pieces are handcrafted and chain-stitched in the studio. Because of the time and care invested, custom or personalised items, like those featuring names, word choices, custom modifications or bespoke colourways, cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins.
For ready-made, non-personalised designs (patches, framed pieces without customisation options), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, whether bespoke or ready-made, please get in touch. We'll do our best to find a solution and make it right.
