Refund policy

All our pieces are handcrafted and chain-stitched in the studio. Because of the time and care invested, custom or personalised items, like those featuring names, word choices, custom modifications or bespoke colourways, cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins.

For ready-made, non-personalised designs (patches, framed pieces without customisation options), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, whether bespoke or ready-made, please get in touch. We'll do our best to find a solution and make it right.
