Studio Merch Cap
They’re back!
Our first run sold out in less than two hours. We listened to your feedback and decided to bring the caps back.
They’re now available again, subject to stock availability. If your favourite colour is currently available, grab it while you can.
————————————-
10 years in, these are the first bit of studio merch we’ve made.
I wanted to create something fun, colourful and a little nostalgic. I designed a retro script inspired by the kind of handwork we’ve always done at the studio, while also reflecting how the business has evolved.
Alongside our hand-guided chainstitch embroidery, we now offer more scalable and detailed machine embroidery using digital satin stitches and fills. These caps bring a little bit of both worlds together and show more of what we can now do at the studio.
Each colour has been picked to give the caps an old merch look and feel, inspired by the late ’70s and ’80s.

FAQ's
Every piece is designed and fully handcrafted by Giulio using the same tools and techniques you’d find in a 1950s or ’60s workshop.
There are no digital processes or modern shortcuts, just time, care, and a deep respect for craft. We make what we love, and only what we’d wear ourselves.
All of our products are made to order. Processing times depend on the complexity of the piece:
- Standard pieces (patches, smaller framed works): usually made within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
- Complex or large-scale pieces (multi-element artworks, embroidered garments): made during scheduled production weeks. These are typically produced in the first week of each month, but scheduling may vary.
This classification is listed on each product. If you need a product sooner, please contact us — we’ll do our best to fit it into our diary where possible.

All our pieces are handcrafted and chain-stitched in the studio. Because of the time and care invested, custom or personalised items, like those featuring names, word choices, custom modifications or bespoke colourways, cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins.
For ready-made, non-personalised designs (patches, framed pieces without customisation options), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, whether bespoke or ready-made, please get in touch. We'll do our best to find a solution and make it right.
