Mini Boat Tote Charm – Customisable
This is our miniature take on the iconic American boat tote bag.
One of the earliest and most recognisable versions was the L.L.Bean Boat and Tote, introduced in 1944 and originally designed as a sturdy ice carrier. Since then, countless variations have appeared, from heritage outdoor brands to more recent cult favourites such as Trader Joe's.
We decided to make our own version in miniature and these are the very first charms we've produced. Each one can be customised with a monogram and, while created using our digital embroidery machine, every piece is meticulously handcrafted through a multi-stage process of hand-feeding, cutting, shaping, and sewing.
Made using vintage 1920s recycled linen, alongside wooden and ceramic beads.
Produced in small batches and released in limited drops.

FAQ's
Every piece is designed and fully handcrafted by Giulio using the same tools and techniques you’d find in a 1950s or ’60s workshop.
There are no digital processes or modern shortcuts, just time, care, and a deep respect for craft. We make what we love, and only what we’d wear ourselves.
All of our products are made to order. Processing times depend on the complexity of the piece:
- Standard pieces (patches, smaller framed works): usually made within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
- Complex or large-scale pieces (multi-element artworks, embroidered garments): made during scheduled production weeks. These are typically produced in the first week of each month, but scheduling may vary.
This classification is listed on each product. If you need a product sooner, please contact us — we’ll do our best to fit it into our diary where possible.

For ready-made, non-personalised designs (patches, framed pieces without customisation options), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.
